1. DELIVERY INFORMATION
    We take pride in making our product and we will do all we can to ensure your purchase is delivered to you on time. All our products are packaged for safe transit and will be handled by professionals.

    We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery (residential address preferred) requested by you in your Order and the delivery time within 5 to 7 business days at the time of your successful order checkout. You will receive two notification emails – Shipping in Progress and Invoice (double check your spam/junk mail folder). Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within 3 delivery attempts to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery or collect the Product from the carrier, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us.


  2. TYPES OF DELIVERY

    • Parcel Delivery
      Uniforms and Books will be delivered via parcel delivery partners.
      Items via parcel delivery will be delivered to you at your door, and does not include unpacking or moving of items into any room into your home.
      Depending on the delivery partner utilised, you will either receive an email with a link to track your parcel delivery or receive a call or SMS in advance to schedule your parcel delivery.

      On the day of delivery, you will receive a call or an SMS from our delivery partners. If you are unable to receive your items on the day of delivery, you may instruct the delivery partner to leave your delivery package(s) at your doorstep at your own risk.

      If no such instructions were given, the delivery partner will either attempt to reschedule another delivery or immediately return the items to our distribution centre – upon which the delivery partner will contact you to schedule another delivery date.

      2 free RE-DELIVERY service after the initial failed delivery. After which, the parcel will be returned to us. Should your parcel be returned to us, we will contact you to pick up your parcel directly at our showroom. In the event that you are not contactable, we will cancel and refund your order.

      We currently delivery within Singapore only.

    • Delivery fees
      For MyFirstSkool (MFS): Free delivery if your bill is above $80.00. A $5.00 delivery charge will be applicable if your order is below $80.00.
      For MY World Pre-school, Primary & Secondary School uniforms: A flat rate delivery charge of $6.00 is applicable regardless of the amount spent.
      *Sale of textbooks via our website is only open during the year-end (November-December), flat rate delivery charge of $10.00 is applicable regardless of amount spent.

  3. RECEIVING ITEMS
    On delivery, customer or 3rd party (whom are appointed by the customer for sign-off) shall inspect the item(s) and the surroundings carefully before our delivery team leaves the premise. Any damages detected should be reported immediately to the delivery team and be sure it is noted on the delivery order.

    Upon signing acceptance of the delivery order, it will be treated that conditions of goods and surroundings are within acceptance level of the consumers. Any discrepancies reported will not be accepted and Asencio Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any claims that are incurred after delivery of your items.

    You will also need to email us at [email protected] and provide a detailed description of fault and photos/videos showing the damages. We will aim to provide a response within 3 business days. Please note that insufficient information on issue/defects may incur delays with us in providing a resolution.

    Asencio Pte Ltd reserves the right to determine whether a part has failed due to a defect or wear and tear. Such replacement or repair is offered by Asencio Pte Ltd at its sole discretion. All replacement or repair of item(s) will depend on the next available schedule.

    Asencio Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) of the delay in the delivery of the replacement item and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Asencio Pte Ltd or to any comparison.

  4. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
    All unsuccessful delivery orders will be returned to our distribution centre and restocked. To reschedule for a delivery to the correct delivery address, we will contact you to arrange for the next available delivery.

    As a small enterprise, shipping is a substantial cost we incur from our logistics partners and we seek your collective understanding that the subsequent delivery fees will be charged to your account.

  5. NOT PRESENT TO RECEIVE DELIVERY
    For Parcel Delivery:
    If you are not present to receive your scheduled parcel delivery, you may instruct the delivery partner to leave your delivery package(s) at your doorstep at your own risk.
    If no such instructions were given, the delivery partner will either attempt to reschedule another delivery or immediately return the items to our distribution centre (depending on the delivery partner).

  6. DELAYED DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS
    In the event of delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, Asencio Pte Ltd reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subjected to the availability of delivery slots.
    No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed.

    Asencio Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment / delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Asencio Pte Ltd or to any comparison.

    If you wish to change the date of delivery, please inform us at least 3 business days in advance. This means, if your delivery is on a Friday, you will need to write in on Tuesday, one day before the first business day. Assuming there is no Public Holidays in between.
