Cancellations and refunds are strictly NOT permitted once payment has been made.

Should a cancellation request be made for any part or all of the order, the following charges will apply:

• A non-refundable fee of SGD 3.99, plus all applicable bank and transaction charges, will apply.

• No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing their order details before proceeding with payment. All charges are final.

FAS / SUG APPLICATIONS

DO NOT purchase your uniform until your FAS / SUG application has been approved.

Uniforms purchased before approval are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

No refunds, cancellations or exceptions will be granted, regardless of the school attended or the outcome of the application.
