Uniform Exchange Policy
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Original Packaging: Uniforms must be returned in their original packaging.
- Original Condition: Uniforms must be unstained, unaltered, and unwashed.

Note: Uniforms will be considered “washed” if they have been soaked in water, even without detergent.

- Exchange Limit: Each order is eligible for one exchange only, for the same item in a different size, and must be within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- Price Difference: If the exchanged item is of higher value, the difference must be paid. No refund will be issued if the replacement item is of lower value.
- Product Exchanges: Exchanges for different products are strictly not permitted.
Failure to meet any of the above criteria will result in the exchange being rejected. No appeals will be entertained.
